Open to individuals who have most or all of the following qualifications .....

• Good listening skills
• A strong agricultural background
• A clear understanding of the agricultural industry
• Having experienced a personal, traumatic event
• A good understanding of programs provided to the agricultural industry; (additional training will be provided, as needed)
• A minimum of eight (8) hours per week available
• A willingness to make a six-month to one-year commitment
• An understanding of the team model approach and are able to work in a collaborative environment
• Having a clear understanding of the security requirements of The Farm Line Support Service and of the necessity of adhering to the confidentiality guidelines
